What are the drop off and pick up hours?List Item 1
Because our kennel is home-based we offer flexible drop off and pick up hours. Drop off and pick up times are scheduled around the client's needs and are scheduled by appointment at time reservation is made. If you are late for your scheduled pick up or drop off time, there is a $10 late fee added to your bill. There is no pick up or drop off on holidays or after 8pm.

How much does boarding and daycare cost?List Item 2
Cost for boarding is $30 per dog/per night. There are no additional charges for playtime. Playtime is included in the $30 charge. Payment is due at time of pick up.
Cost of daycare is $20 per day for 1 dog and $35 per day for 2 dogs. We offer a package of unlimited visits for a month, (15 visits total) for $250. We also offer a buy 10 get 1 free reward. Payment is due daily or the 1st of the month for the unlimited visit package

Our kennel is located on the east side of Bryan, OH. We will provide address when a reservation is made.

Can my dog have private playtime?
We offer group and private playtime. Private playtime is always offered at pet owner's request or if dog's body language indicates stress or agitation in a group setting. All dogs that participate in group playtime undergo a temperament test to insure safety of all our pets.

How is anxiety managed at the kennel?
Anxiety in dogs is not uncommon and we want our dogs to feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible. Dogs with anxiety are offered our sunroom kennels. Our sunroom kennels are a much quieter and calmer environment. Often times our sunroom only holds 1 to 2 dogs, to help eliminate anxiety and put your pet at ease. Private playtime is provided for our anxious visitors. If your dog is prescribed medication from a veternarian, we are happy to administer his/her medication as prescribed.

What do I need to bring?
Clients are welcome to bring anything that makes your pet feel more comfortable. We do offer our own beds, food and water bowls, toys and treats, but some dogs do prefer their own things. We do ask that you bring your pets food for the days they will be staying with us and proof of vaccinations.

What vaccinations are required?
We require all dogs have bordetella, distemper and rabies vaccines. We require proof of those vaccinations at drop off or a copy may be emailed to us prior to your dog's stay. Records can be emailed to caninecrew@yahoo.com
